The Grand Opening
The festival demurred off spectacularly at the Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park (SRTIP) with a glowing drone and light show. The highlight of the night was a drone-formed upstanding portrayal of Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, the sovereign of Sharjah, followed by a mesmerizing display of accompanied lights dancing to dramatic music. As the drones spelled out the communication” Smile, You Are in Sharjah,” the people attending were left in admiration, setting the stage for a wholesome 18-day festivity.
